You can ENTER ONLINE or DOWNLOAD THE FORMS.  Enter all required information and submit online - or mail or fax entry forms to us.

When entering more wines than the downloaded entry form provides, please photocopy the entry form pages.

Entry fee

Entry Fee: $20.00 (US Dollars) per entry. All results will be announced by mail and posted on this website.

When to ship

All wines must be received by February 23, 2019.

What to ship

One (1) 750ml bottle per entry is required - however we highly recommend you send two (2) bottles in case one has a fault.

Ech bottle must be clearly labeled with your name and the wine name. Click here for bottle labels.

Label your shipment

All wines must be securely packed and the box must be properly labeled. Click here for printable labels.

Make sure to ship your wines well protected against breakage. You are responsible for the safe shipment of your wines to our warehouse. Please read these Shipping Guidelines carefully.
